Austin Burke Releases Self-Titled EP

Austin Burke’s country roots started right here in Phoenix, Arizona. At 3 years old, had sang the national anthem at an Arizona Diamondbacks and a Phoenix Suns game. He met his “hero” Garth Brooks at a San Diego Padre’s game. Then at ages 4 and 8, Burke won the opportunity to sing on the Rosie O’Donell show. That isn’t all. Burke sang on the Country Thunder stage at age 4 and returned last April, 20 years later, to play for a hometown crowd.

Burke recently signed with the William Morris Agency and is working with Go Long Entertainment and Kore Public Relations to promote his self-titled EP. Impressive for a country artist who moved to Nashville 3 1/2 years ago.

Burke’s self-titled EP is filled with relationship scenarios. “My Best Friend’s Girlfriend” paints the picture of wanting someone you can’t have. “Whole Lot in Love With You” is about being scared and unsure how to confess being in love. The song “Cool Again” is perfect for those who have an off again, on again relationship. One that you try to move on from, but keep coming back. “Billion Dollar Love” is about being broke and times are tough. In the end, having a “billion dollar love” is all that’s needed.

As if those songs aren’t impressive for Burke’s first EP, the lead single, “Sleeping Around” has reached over 1.8 million streams on Spotify. A song about a guy surrounded by unfaithful people while he just wants a girl worth waking up for. Definitely a relatable song for those looking for love in a world of temptation. “Sleeping Around” is being played on Sirius XM’s On The Horizon,” “The Highway,” and on Pandora. Topping out Burke’s six song EP is “Get The Job Done.” A personal story about moving to Nashville and advice to “Suit up, show up, shut up, and get the job done.” It’s safe to say, Burke is doing just that!
